In August 2010 the first edition of ASLEF’s Women at Work guide was published.
The guide, an aid to industrial negotiators, looks at the different issues that affect women in the workplace and women train drivers.
Included in the booklet is a set of best practice guides for policies which can improve the experiences of women in the train driving grade.
The guide was updated in 2019 to reflect changes in legislation, you can access the guide here.
